Pleated Series Water Filter
Filtrafine’s pleated filter cartridges perfectly fulfill your needs for the water filter process, especially in terms of final filtration and chemical compatibility. Due to the multiple-layer construction, our pleated filter cartridges can hold a large number of particles and catch the smallest contaminant extraction while offering a longer lifespan of water filters.
Our pleated cartridges are manufactured under a certified ISO 9001 quality system and are manufactured in Class 1,000 or 10,000 cleanrooms, depending on the manufacturing requirements. The filter cartridges designed for food & beverage purposes have met FDA requirements and are certified safe for food & beverage contact. There are several types of filter media, including polypropylene, highly asymmetric PES membrane, expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) membrane, depth melt-blown polypropylene, glass fiber, 304, 316, 316L sintered stainless steel fiber or sintered wire mesh, etc.
