Access Control & Security (a) Security Systems Collaboration with professional security firms to maintain 24/7 perimeter security systems across the plant.
(b) Surveillance Outdoor areas are equipped with motion-sensor cameras. Indoor corridors and facility zones are monitored to ensure personnel safety.
Equipment Protection (a) Facility Safety Regular inspections by licensed architects and timely filing of "Building Fire Safety and Evacuation Facility Inspection Reports."
(b) Fire Safety Periodic inspections by fire safety engineers and submission of "Fire Safety Equipment Maintenance and Inspection Reports" as required.
(c) Production Equipment Pre-operation checks and comprehensive maintenance schedules (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annually) based on equipment status.
(d) Protective Gear In addition to machine safety guards, we provide appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to enhance employee health and safety.
(e) Public Utilities Regular maintenance of drinking water systems and lighting. External laboratory testing is commissioned to verify water quality and facility safety.
Disaster Prevention & Emergency Response (a) Dedicated Officers Appointment of professional OSH and fire safety officers in accordance with legal requirements to oversee safety operations.
(b) Safety Training Semiannual OSH training to communicate regulatory updates and internal safety protocols to all staff.
(c) First Aid Training Annual first aid and rescue training conducted by external professional institutions to improve emergency medical response.
(d) Emergency Drills Semiannual fire and disaster response drills to ensure all employees can respond calmly and effectively to emergencies.
Physical & Mental Health Monitoring (a) On-site Medical Partnership with regional hospitals for regular visits by occupational physicians and case managers. Implementation of the "Four Major OSH Plans" (Workload, Maternity, Workplace Violence, and Ergonomics).
(b) Health Checkups
  • Mandatory physical exams for new hires to ensure job suitability.
  • Triennial on-site health checkups for current employees with follow-up consultations by medical staff.
(c) Feedback Channels Physical suggestion boxes at guardhouses, along with dedicated email and telephone channels for employee feedback.
