All Tech-Flow Series

All Tech-Flow(ATEF) series filter cartridges utilized 100% Polytetrafluoro-ethylene(PTFE) membrane with PFA core and cage, have great corrosion resistance and durability in highly corrosive acids, bases and organic environment.

ATEF series are 100% pre-flushed with 18 megohm-cm DI water and integrity tested, which can provide very high cleanliness level filters, ideally suited for corrosive chemicals and gases filtration in the semiconductor industry.
